House of Speed, founded by Don Beebe, was born out of his dream of helping kids become better individuals through sports. In a sense, Don was House of Speed’s very first client. His story of reaching and excelling in the NFL is inspiring. Don moved from siding houses to playing football for NAIA Chadron State College in western Nebraska, to setting speed and agility records at the NFL Combine that still stand today.

At House of Speed, we believe that every athlete has greatness in them. Don’s personal dream of inspiring athletes to do what it takes to honorably reach the next level, happens everyday in our camps, clinics and team training sessions because that is what House of Speed is all about.

Through the use of our unique equipment and training approach, this Wrestling Clinic will help athletes improve their Explosiveness, Agility and Quickness – all critical skills of a successful wrestler at any level.

In this clinic, wrestlers will develop Agility, Explosiveness, Strength, and Position by participating in wrestling specific House of Speed drills. HOS’s unique set of training equipment and philosophy will help wrestlers learn how to use the explosiveness, quickness and agility taught by our certified instructors. Participants will then learn how to translate that knowledge and ability onto the mat and learn how it relates directly to their wrestling success.
